Country White:
Unbleached white flour blended with a touch of honey to create a moist, flavorful old-fashioned read that would make Grandma proud! Makes great French toast or grilled cheese.

Light Wheat: Kneadings Bread and Cafe
Half white flour and half whole wheat combo … the perfect sandwich bread.

Dark Rye:
Hearty dark rye with caraway, carob and molasses.

Light Rye:
Half wheat and half rye.

Woodstock:
Simply our best seller! Whole wheat, a spike of honey and a mixture of seeds!

Sesame Sunflower:
We add lots of sunflower, flax and sesame seeds to make this whole wheat bread a “nutty” SUNsation!

Multi Grain:
The goodness of several different grains rolled into an oaty texture with fiber to spare and a great whole wheat taste.

Raisin Cinnamon Walnut:
Irresistible! Huge, juicy raisin, lots of cinnamon, California walnut and whole wheat goodness make this a favorite choice for breakfast.

Marble Rye:
Dark and light rye swirled together and formed irresistible sandwich bread with Montreal roast beef.

Sour Dough:
Our very own recipe. Just the basics – flour, water, starter and salt. No yeast.

Challah:
A beautiful braided bread. Rich with the natural goodness of fresh eggs and butter. This bread is baked to golden perfection and looks great on any table.

Tomato Herb & Cheese:
Loaded with tomatoes, Italian herbs and mozzarella cheese. The ideal compliment to any pasta dish. Mamma Mia!

Spinach Feta:
What a combo! Feta cheese, spinach and lots of secret seasonings. Perfect for accompanying any meal.

Cinnamon Swirl:
Kids of all ages love it! Our Country White with a delicious swirl of cinnamon. Great for breakfast toast!

Greek Olive:
Black and green olives with feta cheese!

Muesli:
Oats, rye flakes, wheat flakes, currant, raisin, sunflower seeds and sliced almonds!

Oat Bran:
Oats and oat bran in whole wheat flour with honey!
